These terms explain how we work together: quotes, payments, who owns what, and what happens if things change. Please read them before starting a project.

01About these terms
These terms of service apply when you use our website or buy services from 4SPixel Digital Solutions (“we”, “us”). Your quote or proposal may also include extra terms, and if it does, those apply too.
02Our services
We provide website design and development, SEO, AI automation, paid advertising, social media and branding services. Your quote sets out what’s included in your project.
03Quotes and payment terms
- Each quote stays fixed and valid for the period it shows.
- Projects start once we receive the deposit shown on your quote. The balance is due as set out in your quote.
- We bill monthly plans in advance on the same day each month.
- Please pay each invoice by the due date it shows. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
- Prices are in the currency on your quote: AUD, CAD or USD.
04What we need from you
Projects run on time when we get what we need. You agree to provide content, feedback and access (such as logins) when we ask, and to make sure anything you give us is yours to use. Delays on your side may move the timeline.
05Changes and extra work
Your quote sets out how many rounds of revisions it includes. We quote any work outside the agreed scope separately, before we start it.
06Who owns what
- Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final website, designs and content we create for you.
- We register your domain, hosting and accounts in your name.
- Third-party items like themes, plugins, fonts and stock images stay under their own licences.
- We may show your project in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
07Third-party services and their terms
Our work often relies on services we don’t control, such as Google, Meta, hosting companies and plugin developers. Their own terms and pricing apply, so they may change without notice.
08Results
We use proven methods and report honestly, but we can’t guarantee specific results such as rankings, traffic, leads or sales, because search engines and ad platforms change often and are outside our control.
09Cancelling and ending
You can cancel a monthly plan with the notice period set out in your quote. For one-off projects, if you end the project early you pay for the work completed so far. We may end our services if invoices aren’t paid or these terms are seriously breached.
10Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. However, nothing in these terms of service excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that can’t be excluded.
11Governing law
The governing law for these terms is set out in your quote or agreement.
12Changes to these terms of service
We may update these terms of service. The version that applies to your project is the one in place when you accepted your quote.
