01Who we are
4SPixel Digital Solutions is a web, SEO and AI automation studio with an office in Jesmond, New South Wales, Australia, and a design and development team in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this privacy policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 4SPixel Digital Solutions.
We provide websites, SEO, AI automation and branding services to businesses in Australia, Canada and the USA.
02What personal information we collect
We collect personal information that you give us, as well as information we collect when you use our website:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number and business name.
- Project information: your website address, goals and anything else you tell us about your business.
- Billing details: what we need to invoice you. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we don’t store card numbers.
- Website usage: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics.
03How we collect it
We collect information when you fill in a form on our website, book a call through our booking tool, email or message us, or use our website. If you become a client, we may also receive information from accounts you give us access to, such as your website or Google Business Profile.
04How we use your personal information
We use your personal information for these purposes:
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing your free audit.
- Providing, managing and invoicing our services.
- Improving our website and services.
- Sending you useful updates, but only if you’ve agreed. Also, you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Meeting our legal obligations.
06Overseas storage and access
Our design and development team works from Dhaka, Bangladesh, so your information will be accessed there as well as at our office in Jesmond, Australia. Our service providers may store it in other countries, including other countries where those services keep their data. In every case, we also take reasonable steps to make sure anyone handling your information protects it in line with this policy.
07Cookies and analytics
Our website uses a few cookies and similar tools:
- Essential: a cookie that remembers your cookie choice, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a bot.
- Analytics, only with your consent: Google Analytics shows us which pages people visit and how they found us. It runs only if you click Accept in the cookie banner. To change your choice, clear this site’s cookies in your browser and the banner will ask again.
- Cookie-free visit counts: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page visits without cookies and without tracking individual visitors.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly without them.
08Keeping it safe
We use reasonable security measures, such as strong passwords, two-factor authentication and access only for the people who need it. We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
09Automated decisions
We don’t use your personal information to make decisions about you by automated means alone.
10Your privacy choices and rights
At any time, you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us at hello@4spixel.com or contact us through our contact page and we’ll reply as soon as we can.
- Australia: if you’re not happy with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
- Canada: you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- USA: you may also have extra rights under the privacy law of your state.
11Changes to this privacy policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top, and tell clients about important changes.
