The challenge
4spixel.com was a parked domain: anyone who typed it in landed on a domain-parking page. Our Google Business Profile, Fiverr and directory listings had nowhere useful to send people, and Clutch didn’t accept our first profile, most likely because the site wasn’t live. We needed a site that explains what we do for small businesses, shows up for the searches they actually use, and turns visits into enquiries.
What we did
- Designed and built a custom WordPress theme with no page builder, so pages stay lean and easy to edit WordPress Development
- Wrote a page for each of our 13 services and 11 industries, plus city pages for Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland and the Central Coast, each aimed at one search so no two pages compete SEO
- Set up the local groundwork: Google Business Profile with 20 service areas, Search Console, a sitemap and structured data on every page Local SEO
- Built 12 free tools for local businesses, from a website checker to a Google review link generator
- Turned the contact and free audit forms into short, friendly steps, with spam protection, instant replies and thank-you pages Web Design
- Published our prices openly, in Australian, Canadian and US dollars
